On Wednesday 6th March 2019, the Parish Council met with a representative from Cornwall Council to discuss parking enforcement within the Parish.

The issues that were raised included the condition of yellow lines; vehicles parking on yellow lines; the perception that there is no traffic enforcement within the Parish; adjusting the times that enforcement officers are in the area to include evenings and weekends; the parking of vehicles across drives or on junctions, blue badge holders parking; and the future payment method for Cornwall Council car parks.

The main point that came out from the discussions was that the Parish of St Stephen in Brannel is an ad hoc area, meaning that an enforcement officer will only come out if a report is logged.
